“From the moment I called to the moment I walked out the door, I felt welcomed and was greeted by a friendly and professional staff. I received two piercings and felt comfortable the entire time. When I was checking in I noticed how CLEAN it looked and smelled. The environment was great and had awesome music playing (not loud). I was a walk in and they happily accepted me. When I was in the room, I witnessed proper hand hygiene, a sterile setting, and clean needles unpackaged before my eyes. Everything was explained to me clearly as we went along, and I got the aftercare instructions emailed to me, which is great since I won’t lose it.
